I concluded my last semester at Ithaca College by presenting my semester-long research project and paper, 'The Growing Impact of Mental Health in the Workplace." Co-written and researched by Abigail Kelemen, our paper and research explores the dynamic relationship between employee's emotional/psychological well-being and disharmonious interactions within the work environment. Our project focuses on the increasing impact of mental health in the workplace, as it has become one of the most wide-reaching workplaces issues within recent years.
